I don't cook much, I mostly eat at restaurants. Can I do this program?
Yes. You can do this program even if you do not cook.
Will I have to workout?
Your first week you will do no workouts. Week 2 you may begin walking. 30 min at home workouts are included in this program.
What if I need changes to my meal plan?
You can change your meal plan through the app or message me directly for custom recommendations for lunch, dinner etc. We will plan meals once per week. Transparency is key!
I snack at work and eat a lot of random candy. Can I still do this program?
Yep. Candy, chips and junk food will be on your plan. I would rather have it on your plan and you decide not to eat it, opposed to not planning and you eat it anyway.
Is alcohol allowed on the program?
Yes. You may have alcohol.
Are my results guaranteed?
Yes. The program includes a Weight Loss Warranty. If you do not lose at least 13 pounds in 6 weeks you will stay on the program until you do. You will need to take pictures of all your food, do at least 3 workouts per week and weigh in at least once per week for the guarantee to be eligible.Â
